Producer of the Week

In late March we were honored to be highlighted as the Producer of the Week at Middlebury Natural Foods Coop.  It was a great week filled with super deals on all types of salmon and two demo days featuring my "secret" recipe smoked salmon spread and miniature Hawaiian poke bowls.  Click here for the full writeup from MNFC.
