Coho, or Silver Salmon, with its orange-red flesh, firm texture and delicate flavor, is an excellent choice for any cooking method but often considered the best salmon for grilling. Great for making the favorite Hawaiian dish, poke.

*Note: You are in luck! We still have some 2023 inventory which allows us to offer a spring share for Coho salmon this year. We keep the fillet portions extra chilly at -10 to -35F so they’re just as tasty as always.

Fillet portions range between 0.6 - 1.1 lbs. Expect to see roughly 5-8 packages in the 5 pound share; 11-16 packages in the 10 pound share and; 17-23 packages in the 15 pound share.
